Originating in Ticino, Switzerland, and powered by the Swiss-developed Thin Ply Technology (TPT™) Carbon Textile, SWI now designs and hand-builds its own framesets in Bassano Del Grappa, at the heart of the Veneto region in Italy.

A single uninterrupted carbon shell

A Unishell Monocoque is a frame that is one uninterrupted carbon shell formed in a single mould without joins, lugs, bonding or glue. This eliminates all barriers to the transfer of energy around the frame, resulting in the most efficient transfer of power from pedal stroke into forward motion.

Exceptional stiffness to weight thanks to our exclusive use of the carbon textile Thin Ply Technology (TPT™) which has 14 layers of carbon per mm compared to only 5 layers in standard carbon fibre.

Rider specific carbon lay up

SWI is unique in tailoring our frames based on the rider’s weight and average power, by adjusting the number of TPT™ carbon layers.

An all round high performance endurance frameset, which is distinctive due to its exceptional balance of comfort versus stiffness & reactivity on all terrains.

Frame: 720 – 780g depending on the weight & power of the rider.

Comfortable on all terrains but specifically tuned to stand out on steeper gradients due to it’s increased stiffness and even lighter frame weight.
