Because SWI’s products are bespoke, customers ordering online will work directly with SWI to craft their order. Theprocess works as follows:
1. Please complete the following form and SWI will be in touch with you shortly.
2. SWI will then contact you via email to arrange a series of telephone calls to complete a rider profile questionnaire so we can better understand your needs, answer any questions you may have and finalise your frame / complete bike build.
3. Once you are completely happy, we will ask for a 40% deposit to begin production.
4. Most orders can be completed within 60 days, and the frame/bike will be shipped once final payment is made.
