Two Laminations
Same frame. Same mould. Same geometry. The difference is what goes on the outside of the carbon and what that costs you in grams.

Standard
720–790g frame
TPT™ thin ply carbon on the inner lamination, 3K Herringbone woven textile on the outer. The signature SWI weave, a diagonal pattern of 3,000 filaments per tow that is as much of the bike's character as its shape.
From €6,990

Leve
640–710g frame
TPT™ inside and out. Removing the woven outer layer entirely takes roughly 90 grams off the frame and leaves the unidirectional surface exposed,. a different, more technical look, and the lightest frame we build.

The Stelvio
On a climb that goes on for an hour, the difference between laminations stops being a spec-sheet argument and becomes the last twenty minutes. This is the Leve, shot on the Stelvio.
Both laminations share the same geometry, the same mould and the same 32mm clearance. Choose on weight and surface, not on where you ride.

Consult our expertsThe Layup
Because the Aequus is formed in a single mould, the carbon inside it can change without the shape changing. We vary the number of TPT™ layers across twelve zones of the frame — bottom bracket, head tube, down tube, chainstays — according to your weight, your power output and the ride feel you ask for.
Two riders can order an Aequus in the same size and receive structurally different bicycles. That is what custom means here: not a different silhouette, a different structure.

The Finish
Three families, all included in the frameset price. Every one is applied by hand over the 3K Herringbone weave.
Clearcoat
Raw carbon, sealed. The 3K Herringbone weave under a hand-applied clearcoat — the truest expression of the frame beneath.
Solid
Deep gloss colour. Saturated single-tone finishes laid down over carbon — confident, modern, unmistakably SWI.
Ghost
Tinted weave reveal. Dual-opacity paint — 80% front, 40% rear — lets the herringbone breathe through a wash of colour that shifts in the light.
The Craft
Every Aequus is laid up by hand, cured individually in a single mould, and finished by one craftsman. Geometric tolerances are held within 0.1mm. We build a strictly limited number of frames each year — not as a marketing tactic, but because that is how long it takes to do it properly.
