Rather than wait for a crate, collect your SWI at the workshop. Meet the people who built the frame, have your fit set, and take the bicycle home. That is the whole of it.
Most people stay longer, and we would suggest you do. Four days leaves room for the factory, the two rides below, and an adjustment once you have ridden it. We host you while you are here.

Ride one
La Rosina to Asolo and back
Rolling roads through vineyards and walled hill towns. Enough gradient to feel the frame work, gentle enough to spend the day talking. This is the ride that shows you what the bike does underneath you.

The mountain above Bassano
Twelve different roads climb to the summit. We take one of them. It is long, it is exposed near the top, and it is the reason a 720 gram frame with a layup written for your weight stops being a specification and starts being a feeling.

The base
You stay at La Rosina, in the hills above Bassano del Grappa. Rooms open onto the valley and the roads start at the door, which is the only reason we chose it.

The shape of it
Day one
Check in at La Rosina. Your SWI is handed over, fit confirmed, and dinner is where the trip properly starts.
Day two
76 kilometres to Asolo and back. The first proper day on your own frame.
Day three
1,849 metres to a summit that has decided more than one race.
Day four
Inside the workshop at Villafranca Padovana: the mould, the layup table, the autoclave. Then onward travel.
A suggestion, not a timetable.
Getting there
Venice Marco Polo is the nearest airport, with Treviso and Verona both straightforward.
Transfers between the airport, La Rosina and the factory are arranged for you. Getting to Italy is the part you organise.
If collecting in person does not suit you, nothing is lost. Your SWI is packed and shipped insured.
