Who is filling this in?
We build the frameset ourselves in Villafranca Padovana, and the fifty-year guarantee sits on the parts we make: frame, fork, seatpost and cockpit.
Registering is how we know which frame is yours and that you are the person who bought it. It takes two minutes and it is free.
Fill this in at handover and your customer's fifty-year guarantee is secured before they leave the shop.
They will get one email from us confirming the details you have entered. Nothing else until they say so.
For direct sales, events, ambassador bikes and anything taken over the phone.
Your name goes against the record for audit. The owner receives a confirmation email, exactly as they would on the dealer path.
The fifty-year guarantee covers the person who bought the frameset new, and it does not transfer. Registering will not restore it.
It is still worth doing. It means we can reach you if anything about your frame ever needs attention, we can tell you how it was built, and a frame on our register can be traced if it is ever stolen. The 15% crash-replacement rate is open to you.
Frame, fork, seatpost and cockpit, for fifty years
Paint and finish for two years from purchase
Registration is free and your dealer can do it for you
Your rights under consumer law never depend on registering
Keep the confirmation email, or just send us the serial number any time.
The field people give up on
Every SWI carries a small white label on the frame. The serial number is printed on it, alongside the frame's compliance marks.
The print is small, so a phone photograph is often easier to read than the label itself. If you cannot find it, or cannot read it, send us a photograph and we will identify the frame for you.

If you bought before today
If you bought an SWI from us or an authorised dealer before this page existed, we have registered it for you from our own records. Nothing is required of you, and the cover you bought stands as it was described at the time.
If you would like to know what we hold, or correct it, write to us.
